Vidya Ingeniería is a multidisciplinary construction and engineering company with national and international reach, serving the oil and gas industry and private sector since 2020. The company delivers integrated engineering services across eight disciplines from process design and piping systems to civil, electrical, instrumentation, and 3D modeling, supported by a central engineering team of over 100 specialists and a dedicated project engineering group of 10 to 15 professionals. Vidya has executed significant projects for PEMEX, CENAGAS, and major private clients across Mexico, with a proven track record of over 16 completed projects spanning pipeline infrastructure, cathodic protection systems, industrial plant commissioning, and marine and port structure rehabilitation.

Founded as the construction and industrial engineering arm of the CYP Group, Vidya was created to fill a gap that corrosion protection and chemical services alone could not: the physical infrastructure that those services protect needs to be designed, built, commissioned, and maintained to an equally rigorous standard.

Since beginning operations in 2020, the company has moved quickly from project execution to established contractor. Its scope spans the full development cycle of industrial facilities: initial project consultation and technical requirements assessment, conceptual and detailed design, preparation of engineering packages and as-built drawings under national and international standards, construction and assembly, industrial plant commissioning, and full EPC project delivery. Across each phase, Vidya brings together the disciplines the project demands rather than subcontracting away technical accountability.

The company's engineering capabilities are organized across six core specializations. Its process area handles design bases, flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and calculation memoranda. Its mechanical area covers piping system engineering, pipe stress analysis, and ASME pressure vessel design, fabrication, and repair. Its instrumentation and control area manages control system design, industrial automation, fluid and gas measurement, and custody transfer. Its civil area delivers foundation design, structural calculation, and topographic surveys. Its electrical area handles medium and low voltage installation design and aerial and underground network engineering. And its 3D modeling capability produces full digital plant models with viewer integration for client review, using tools including AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Advance Steel, Caesar II, Navisworks, DesignCalcs, and Staad Pro.
